TL:DR: We’re closing our private beta December 31st in preparation for public launch in the spring.
The longer version: We started Delegate in September 2017 with the intention to create a service that (1) brings peace of mind to users and companies, overwhelmed by the amount of personal and administrative tasks on their plate, and (2) create income opportunities for smart, talented people around the world, otherwise underemployed. We connected between the two dots through our proprietary technology, a neural network that functions as a GPS, giving human assistants the guidance and tools to solve (almost!) every request sent their way while protecting users' privacy and information.
Since we launched our private beta, we’ve worked every day to make sure that you get valuable time back in your life, that your day is easier, and that your productivity is up. When we heard from customers that we were able to help them streamline the behind-the-scenes of their lives, we glowed with pride.
We have recently secured very substantial funding that allows us to invest more resources into developing our technology. This milestone would not have been made possible without the constant feedback and trust from our private beta users, including yourself. We really appreciate all the input, thumbs up (over 95% high) and advice!
Now, armed with your feedback, we’ll be taking the next few months to focus on R&D and develop features that will transcend your Delegate experience. Unfortunately, in order to commit ourselves to this process, we'll have to close our private beta on December 31st, until we open the service to the public in the spring.
What does this mean?
- You have active access to the Delegate app until December 31st, 2019. After this date, we will not be able to answer new requests and your subscription will not be renewed.
- If your billing cycle goes past December 31st, we’ll be sure to refund you a prorated amount for any unused days.
- You can access all of your requests in-app for the next 3 months. If you’d like a transcript of your request history, let us know before December 31st, and we can send it your way!
